GRULAC in Melbourne - Official signature

On Friday, 4/10/19, at the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFAT) in Melbourne, Victoria, the official signing of the Letter of Understanding (LOU) took place. This is the first important step in the formation of GRULAC (Group of Latin American and Caribbean Counties) alliance.

The LOU essentially is the cooperation for communities on subjects of interest (Commerce, education, Health, Sports, Cultural matters, etc.)

The meeting was presided by the Dean of Consular Corps of Melbourne, the Consul General of El Salvador Mr. Ernesto Antonio Dueñas A, and with the support of the Consul of Haiti in Australia Mr. Junior Ceranor Nelson and Mrs. Julia Melamed as Secretary of the GRULAC.

The DFAT’s State Director Andrew Cumpston signed the LOU as the WITNESS of HONOUR.
